About Bybliophilia

Bybliophilia is conceived not only as a personal website or a digital publishing venture, but as a space devoted to books, writing, reading, and art in general. The site’s motto is: a small workshop of stories.

The word workshop implies craft, sweat in honest labor, but also the delicate skill, mastery, and a touch of alchemy needed to produce handmade objects. The same is true of handmade stories.

Bybliophilia is not a private showcase of a single person (or not only that). It aspires to create a corner of digital space where reflections on literature and art, as well as impressions and fragments of everyday life, are welcome and normalized.

Bybliophilia is an archive in progress. Over time, it will gather reviews and fragments on books, on lesser-known, marginal, and persecuted authors, and passages from current and unfinished manuscripts.

It is a notebook full of scribbled pages and unfinished fragments.

Welcome to the world of Bybliophilia.
